Before launching multiple high-growth ventures, he held senior leadership roles at premier global firms specializing in crisis response, evacuation, and risk. His work reflects a deep commitment to innovation in both the crisis management and travel industries. Ross' insights and expertise are frequently sought after by top-tier media including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, CNBC, and Bloomberg.

Christoper Macolini | Co-Founder + Chief Intelligence Officer

Christopher T. Macolini is a recognized expert in global intelligence and security, bringing decades of combined law enforcement and private-sector experience. For the past 23 years, he has been a Partner at MIC Worldwide, a full-service investigative and security consultancy offering intelligence, investigations and broader global corporate risk solutions. Previously, Chris led Anti-Counterfeit Investigations in Latin America, overseeing complex enforcement operations across multiple jurisdictions. Chris served 15 years with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in overseas assignments, where he managed sensitive intelligence, investigations and initiatives.

David Cetron | Co-Founder + Chief Legal Officer

David Cetron is a distinguished attorney with deep expertise in criminal and commercial litigation. He served for over a decade in the Office of the District Attorney, Kings County, where he held the role of Deputy Bureau Chief of Trial Bureau II. In this leadership position, Mr. Cetron supervised assistant district attorneys, oversaw complex prosecutions, and managed all facets of criminal trial advocacy. Recognized for his legal acumen and courtroom skill, Mr. Cetron has earned a reputation as one of New York's most formidable litigators. Since transitioning to private practice, he has leveraged his extensive prosecutorial experience to represent clients in high-stakes litigation with exceptional results.

Mr. Cetron is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.

Tim Pollak | Co-Founder + Chief Strategy Officer

Tim Pollak has more than four decades of strategic marketing and brand-building experience, spanning 40+ countries. He was Vice Chairman at two of the world’s leading integrated marketing companies, Young & Rubicam and Dentsu, where his worldwide clients included Colgate-Palmolive®, Citibank® and KFC®. He was CEO of a top-twenty global ad agency and has served on the Boards of a dozen public and private manufacturing, marketing and technology companies. He earned his BA at Dartmouth and his MBA from Columbia.
